It is the ideal base camp for a visit to the city of Missoula, or for your peaceful outdoors getaway. The light-filled house has everything you need and more, with an open-concept, upscale gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room, a cozy private deck, a private downstairs 2nd family room, and laundry area. It is extremely well-stocked for cooking and lounging, with luxury, high-quality finishes: concrete counter tops, rough hewn lumber stairs and accent walls, stainless steel appliances, and solid wood shelving, with a clean, neoWestern vibe. Enjoy your views of the hills, mountains, trees, and a park with a playground across the street. Whether you are coming to explore Montana's many outdoor recreational opportunities, including rafting, fly-fishing, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, camping, skiing, or hunting, or just coming to explore beautiful and bustling Missoula, with local stores and restaurants just a few steps away, you can count on returning to this spacious townhome at the end of the day. Private one-car garage and additional private one-car off-street parking included, although nearby on-street parking is generally easy to find. Our home away from home has a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a queen bed and two small children's sleeping pads in the elevated children's nook off the other upstairs bedroom, and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. (Comfortably sleeps 6 adults, plus any additional children.) Ductless AC is in every bedroom and in both living rooms. Both TVs are smart TVs, with internet-streaming services included, but no cable. We include Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, and Apple TV subscription services. We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when we come to stay. There is a train that cuts right through Missoula. We are not close to the crossing, so train horns are not a problem, however there are other train noises (from un/coupling and passing by) that may bother some people, especially if windows are open. We do provide a white noise machine in every bedroom in case that is an issue for you. \*No smoking or vaping permitted, including on the outdoor balcony, and no dogs, due to our family member’s allergy. I will be honest when you first arrive and enter thru the alley there is overgrown grass (not on lodging property) it looks suspect but looks are deceiving. It's located near a medical community and a park. It was very quiet. You can hear trains with windows or doors open but if their closed its negligible. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and my son in-law loved the Santa Fe recliner downstairs. I loved the fact that each room had its own ductless ac/heat. One of the bedrooms had a crawl space with a step stool up to it. Perfect little hideaway for younger kids. All in all it was a great stop on our way to Yellowstone. Thank you Ellie!! ##### George C. Top level bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Middle level well stocked kitchen with open floor plan with seating and a tv. Each room and area have min-splits A/C which were very efficient. Bottom level was a bedroom, bathroom and a large screen tv movie type room. Beds are all very comfortable. Only slight item is there is a train coupling station near by that would rumble at night. If one were a light sleeper, might be a possible issue, but didn’t really bother us. Good property, would book again. ##### Timothy P.
