"I chose the booking because it advertised an 11:30 checkout which was also on the detail email from Hotels.com. When I got there, they indicated enforcement of an 11:00 checkout and were not pliable even when I advised them of the 11:30 checkout I had been advised of. Probably shouldn't put too much faith in staff. Otherwise was a pleasant place to stay, albeit inconvenient."
