"I have no idea what the property was like all I know it was down and weird bro but lots of buildings hotels is beautiful inside"

"I arrived at 0145 and upon arrival, computers were down so was not able to be processed - the 2 gentlemen at the front desk worked tirelessly to try and get me registered (even gave me a warm biscuit while I waited)….while I waited, they kept checking on me to give me updates on status of computer systems (they were also out at other hotels). After about 1/2 hours, they were able to get me my room and I was away. I am grateful to these 2 gents for their efforts and kindness. "
