This cozy place has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and a 42' TV. If there are any unauthorized guests you will incur a fee of $100 per guest for the first night and $15 per night for each subsequent night. ✶Mail and packages are not permitted to be sent to the unit. ✶Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with terrible flat pillows and thin mattresses, without toppers or box springs. The bathroom is filthy, with mold all over the tiles and dirty floor boards. There were 4ish towels for the entire stay, of which were stained. The blinds were broken. The kitchen had minimal supplies for cooking. No coffee pot, other than a Kcup machine. But when we do, we often stay at a hotel or relatives. The first is a little pricey and the second is a bit awkward . This VRBO house was neither of these. It was like a hotel with your own driveway and a relative's home without the people. Very nice quiet street, bed was comfortable and basic needs were supplied. We attended a family reunion and stayed 3 days in mid June. Temperatures were 98 a/c was wonderful. Our activities were in Kansas City,Missouri and unit in Roeland Park,KS just across state line.
