Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the big heated pool, heated jacuzzi, and BBQ pits by the pool area for memorable outdoor gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and the on-site gym ensures you can keep up with your fitness routine. Families will love the kids' playground, making this the ideal spot for everyone to unwind and enjoy.  
  
Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the living area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additionally, they can enjoy the resort-style amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ pits, gym, and outdoor and indoor playgrounds.  
  
We are committed to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests. Rest assured, we'll be available to offer assistance throughout your time in our Condo. You can reach us via Airbnb messaging for any queries or concerns. Your comfort is our priority, and we're here to make your stay memorable.  
  
Ask for long term stays specials ! Doctors, nurses and all people are welcomed!  
  
Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability for a fee of $30 USD.  
\-Pets are allowed in the property! If you want to bring your pets, there will be a $60 fee for each pet and you will be responsible for any damage that the pet may cause.  
  
\-You can have 4 outside guests on common areas.  
  
\-It is 100% prohibited to have any kind of parties or events in the building.  
  
\-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and Midnight to 8AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday).  
  
\-Pool and shared areas close at 10PM on weekdays and Midnight on weekends (Friday & Saturday).  
  
\-Pets are not allowed in the inside gardens and pool area. ($100 Fine).  
  
\-Please do not use towels for makeup. ($15 fine for each stained towel)
