All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC. 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 of the 3 baths are in finished basement. ★BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY★ 2 FULL bath + 1 HALF bath are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent. ★KITCHEN★ There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. ★OUTDOOR SPACE★ Our home offers a fenced backyard with patio where your family and friends can sit on the porch, dine and have fun sharing stories. ★PARKING and ACCESS ★ \*\*One car garage is available for use as well as driveway parking. Guests are required to pick up after their pet. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. Parking is available in garage, driveway or on street, but please only park in front of the home. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and respectful of quiet hours. Do not block neighbor parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your 5 star stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away! Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you. NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.
