### Apartment Josef

Year-round stylish accommodation in an apartment in part of a newly renovated farm located in the attractive tourist area of ​​the Bohemian Paradise, at the foot of the majestic Kozákova mountain. The homestead is located in a secluded area near the forest, in close proximity to sandstone rocks and marked hiking trails.  
To make your stay more pleasant, we will arrange for you on request  
sitting in the stylish bar CHLÍV,  
 coated boards:  
\- cheese - fruit or sausage  
\- picnic in the garden  
\- swimming in an outdoor heated barrel for 8-10 people  
We will arrange for you the rental of e-bikes, a visit to the wine cellar or a guide service around the Czech Paradise  
  
Capacity 2 people + possibility of 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room  
  
The price for an extra bed is CZK 300 / 1 person / 1 night  
  
The stylish two-story apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. At the bottom is located:  
\* kitchen - stove, hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle  
\* living area with folding sofa, TV, wine cellar,  
\* bathroom with shower, wc  
\* dining table  
  
The attic stairs lead to the attic bedroom.
