Near the beach but no views only grotty tin roofs and a huge dirty wall of the hotel next door that blocks out any light. Internet is bad and they have power cuts all the time. The room was exactly like the pictures, it was very spacious with a huge bathroom and shower. We arrived in the morning but were able to check in straight away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reach Holidays. The staff are extremely attentive & were happy to help with anything we needed. The wifi was very quick when on the balcony & the room in general was large, well laid out & very clean. Across the street from the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Nice soft towels and some toiletries included. Also have a drying rack outside your door to lay out towels, clothes and shoes. Hot water in the shower!!! Which isn’t always the case in Sri Lanka. They also have a place to rinse the sand off of your feet. Staff really nice and helped arrange transport to my next destination. WiFi was great, no issues.
