You can watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV or head out to the balcony to enjoy a refreshing beverage while catching up with old friends. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. Use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community hot tub or to the fitness center followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool during your stay, and the private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
