These units have been fully upgraded including designer furniture, quartz counters, contemporary furnishings, stainless steel appliances and much more! The Luau towers are located on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort next to the famous Sandestin Hilton Hotel. The buildings offer a variety of entertainment for the guests such as a 12,000 square foot private pool, a tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room, private parking and a short walk to restaurants, bars and the private beaches of Sandestin. This 2-bedroom condo is made up of two adjoining units, a 1-bedroom and a studio, each enjoying their own private entry door and sharing a common hall. Both units have been completely renovated to include new paint, new furniture and furnishings, stainless steel appliances and upgraded bathrooms. As you walk into the 1-bedroom unit, you can immediately appreciate the spaciousness of the condo and the chic décor and environment that it offers.
