Beds were comfy enough, sheets were clean. For 1-2 adults and 1-2 kids it is a good, small condo. The building is generally nice & clean, beach is great. The kitchen floor looks like it has never been mopped… and had stains in the floor like there something leaking from the cabinets. Cons— My main complaint is there is noticeable black mold around the bathtub, the dryer is extremely loud and there wasn’t a broom. The broom would be handy because of all the sand we inadvertently drug in with us everyday and it was all over the floor. I ended up using a mop to scoot it to a corner and it helped some. There was a vacuum but with kids going to bed earlier than us a vacuum wasn’t always the best choice. With the humidity, I know mold is probably something you fight with all the time. But this looked like it had been a pretty big issue for some time. I wish there was more closet space. I feel like our bags were always in the way. Pros—- The view was amazing. I loved waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. It wasn’t a two minute walk to the beach so if you forgot something you could easily run back. Nice showers outside to wash the sand off. Two really nice pools Staff was nice. Overall- I would stay here again. It was nice having a fully functional kitchen and washer and dryer.
