Our home’s casual elegance offers incredible vistas of the Gulf while being centrally located so you can enjoy the charm and family-friendly amenities of Miramar Beach. Walk next door to the world-famous Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. Award-winning restaurants, golf, and shopping are all located nearby. Waterside Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, hammocks, and smart TVs. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella. The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and top king bedroom offer incredible views. Layout: 1st Floor Sleeps 8: Entryway | Living Area With Queen over Queen Bunk Beds and Twin over Twin Bunk Beds | Queen Room and bathroom | Balcony. 2nd Floor Sleeps 2 - Living Area With Open Kitchen, Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2) and Dining | ½ Bath | Balcony. 3rd Floor Sleeps 4 - King Bedroom with Balcony and Bathroom | King Bedroom with Bathroom Lower Beach Level - Large covered balcony area and steps to the beach. Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed.Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area. \*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) \*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. The lack of parking was a huge hassle and the size of the spots was a bother but we made it work with the people around us. The description of the rooms was spot on and the distance to the beach was amazing!!! We only had one problem with a bathroom fixture while we were there and the maintenance crew came and fixed it right away and they were very nice. The only thing we would’ve liked to have changed would’ve been the opportunity to upgrade our chairs and umbrella to a larger size and paid the difference, of course. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because one of the hammocks broke with my niece as she sat in it, and when we looked at the other hammocks they were on rusted chains and hooks. This could have been a really bad outcome if one of my elderly parents had been sitting in one of them. We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer that over the beach (though you should absolutely take a beach walk!). They are not fastened or installed correctly.This is on the main floor deck rail. Entering the deck from the beach, there is no "walk off" area, and the hose does not reach that area. So, you walk across the deck, spray off the sand, walk back through the sand towards the staircase,spreading sand through the house. We swept daily(after we bought a broom and dust pan, was none on site.) The bed linens were poor fitting, low quality. Bath towels were the same, all white, but different sizes, and some being well worn. Kitchens is nice, beverage center very helpful. The deck furniture is comfortable and nice quality. The grill works properly. The space itself is nice, the different levels provide some privacy from others in your group or family when needed. The area offers some privacy,but close to restaurants and shopping ##### jim m. The hammocks were a nice touch, comfortable, and relaxing to enjoy while listening to the water. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch too, only wish we were reminded about this amenity prior to arrival. Fortunately, we only missed a few hours. Overall, we had a great experience! Unit 19 could use some work...the tennants were not respectful of their neighbors. But, no fault of yours- ##### Erin H. The house is very nice but the views from each floor are breath taking. The access directly to the beach was amazing and our group of 10 was very comfortable all 4 days of our stay. The condo has recently been updated and it is very nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked. My only complaint is one that can't be avoided in this complex. The parking spots are SO narrow! They did not fit my Tahoe without going over the lines. We came home multiple times to people parked in our spots and knocked on doors only to find no one to claim the cars. There is no overflow parking and people do not pay attention to the numbers or how tight the spots are. It is REALLY hard if you do not drive a small car or have more than one. As mentioned by others, the parking is tight. 2 small spots are assigned. Our truck took both spots. One heads up - the building number for all units is located at the unit 18 door. Walking distance to Pompano Joes, and close to everything. The house was as pictured, and it was clean on arrival. It lost a star as the Management company were extremely frugal with their supplies. Having stayed in a lot of VRBOs we were quite shocked at what was provided. We were given 2 dishwasher tablets to last our group of 8 people for 5 days. There were 2 trash bags, 1 single coffee serving, no salt and pepper or any other condiments. Since we were flying in it seemed ridiculous to have to buy a whole box of dishwasher tablets, condiments, and trash bags for our stay. They could have at least supplied 1 a day - it would only have cost a couple of dollars. They are not helping guests to keep the house clean, and presentable upon departure by withholding cleaning supplies. ##### Hilary A. We decided that we would not book this unit again. It was only when we loaded up to leave that we saw someone had scraped the side of the suburban facing the next unit's parking space.
