We had to call the mgmt office and after several tries we literally had to push extremely hard to get door to open. After first day mgmt company did come and fix door so it wasn’t as hard to open. You had to enter code at least twice to get it to work. Also, the downstairs was freezing cold and the upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably hot the entire stay.
