Nestled just a stone's throw from a private beach, this exquisite vacation retreat in the Marvilla gated community of Destin is the perfect escape for families and large groups. With its breathtaking Gulf views and plentiful amenities, this property promises an unforgettable beach vacation.  
This spacious home spans 5800 square feet, including 4600 square feet of air-conditioned space and over 500 square feet of balconies and patios offering serene Gulf water views. The home features seven beautifully appointed bedrooms and five full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 19 guests. The interiors are outfitted with SMART LCD TVs, high-speed internet access, and spa-quality toiletries, ensuring a stay that blends relaxation with modern convenience.  
Guests of this property enjoy exclusive access to Maravilla's private gated beach, only a 150-yard walk away. The community also offers numerous recreational facilities, including two swimming pools (one is heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with fitness center, and a basketball goal. Complimentary daily beach service is available from March through October in 2025, including two chairs and one umbrella, allowing guests to lounge comfortably by the calm waves. A welcome gift of wine awaits guests upon arrival, setting the tone for a relaxing getaway.  
The first floor of the home features a King bedroom and a Bunk room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living area that opens to a patio with rocking chairs—ideal for enjoying the fresh coastal air. The second floor includes multiple suites with private baths, additional King and Bunk bedrooms, and another kitchen and living area with access to a spacious balcony. The entire third floor is dedicated to a luxurious master suite with a private balcony, offering panoramic views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping.
