Please inquire.\* ”Fresh, clean and stylishly appointed” describes this lovely 1800 square foot vacation home at 5371 Pine Ridge Villas on the beach side of the Resort. With a peaceful view of the Baytowne Golf Course and trendy West Indies decor, you will shift magically into vacation mode! There is not a single step to climb, so park in the driveway and walk right in! The living area features an open concept design that offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy a movie. This villa sleeps 6 guests in beds. The oversized balcony offers outdoor seating and is just a step away through expansive French doors. There is a wet bar along with generous dining seating. Our gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils and gadgets you will need to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. For alfresco dining, serve dinner on the balcony and enjoy a quiet view of the lake and golf course. There is a charcoal grill available. The master suite adjoins the balcony through French doors, and is beautifully decorated in neutral and blue colors reminiscent of the sea. A comfortable king bed with crisp linens, a walk-in closet, and an HDTV await you. Our spacious master bathroom features a double vanity with natural stone countertops, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower. The sunny second bedroom suite offers a queen bed, access to the balcony, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom suite is privately tucked down the hallway, and features two twin beds, an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. For convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. High speed internet service is provided along with complimentary tram service to the beach and Village at Baytowne Wharf. Parking is provided for up to two cars. The Pine Ridge Community is perched at the highest point on the beach side of the Resort. Surrounded by the Baytowne Golf Course and a well manicured landscape of palm trees and other native plants, this community boasts spacious interiors with panoramic views of the resort and Choctawhatchee Bay and unique amenities such as convenient access to the beach, front-door parking, and beautiful views at sunset. Guests are just minutes from great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf. The beach is easy to get to but we spent more time in the pool as it’s very close and was never busy. The golf cart is great and we had a blast riding around and exploring. I was embarrassed to have my family stay. It was clear it hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long time. Here is a list of the issues, floor and carpet extremely dirty. Stove had standing grease on the vent-a-hood, celling fan in master didn't work and I had to purchase a fan at the store myself when maintenance could not fix it. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Enough dust on the furniture to write your name with; all the furniture coverings and throw pillows are nasty and should be replaced. Additionally, several pillow covers were ripped. Tile was broken in the family room. Black mold in the master shower. Dining table chair with broken leg that would come off of the bottom of the chair when moved. I paid far too much for this disappointment, it was so bad we checked out three days early. The condo was beautiful and very clean and the weather and beach were fantastic. Having the golf cart was a great extra too. The only problem was there was a family above with young boys that ran back and forth and screamed at all hours of the day and night but we managed to deal with it. Everything from the patio overlooking the pond, walking distance to the pool, an extremely comfortable bed, the golf cart, and closeness to the beach. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen didn’t work and the previous renters put their dirty towels in a basket in the main bathroom, which they weren’t supposed to do so housecleaning obviously didn’t know they were there. The wifi had to be rebooted 4 to 5 times daily if we wanted to watch television. When it did operate it was nice as they had netflix and prime. Towels were scratchy but absorbant and trash bags supplied should not have been used as way too thin. Location was walkable to the beach and central inside the resort. Golf cart was a life safer giving us 2 modes of transport for the 6 of us. We had a great time and would recommend this vrbo although next time we will go to a place that is a little more quiet. We have come here for decades and have family and friends that own property here and this is one of our favorite neighborhoods to stay. So easy to pull right up to the door and unload. When leaving it was raining a bit so we were able to load through the garage without getting wet. The management company was easy to deal with and made our stay stress free!!!! Take some board games to prepare for a rainy indoor day. The property was clean and so thankful the kitchen was stocked (dishes). My only minor complaint was that most of the pillows are feather and the feathers poke through when lying on them, making for a bit of discomfort sleeping. I would have taken my own pillows had I known. It really wasn’t a problem and did NOT hinder our stay. The golf cart was a great accessory to have. We were able to maneuver to The Village more efficiently each day. Will definitely book again. ##### Stormy H. The Villa was spacious and the golf cart was a great way to get around. The property could have been cleaned much better- leftover cereal on floors, garbage under couch and the cushions. You need to have your cleaning crew do a much better job between renters! Furniture was old worn and need a definite upgrade! Downside is you can hear the people upstairs walking around ALL of the TIME! Overall we would stay here again if things were updated. ##### Phillip G. There was enough privacy and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook some but incredibly close to shopping and restaurants.
