We stay in this area every year and it’s one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. I was worried about staying across the street from the beach but the access to the beach was easier than some of our on the beach stays. We had a wonderful time during our stay, the condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the gulf. We love having a quick walk to dine at the Whale’s Tail and the kids frequented Kilwins Ice Cream and Fudge shop downstairs. The Treasure Island shop was convenient downstairs as well, and love that groceries can be delivered easily to our condo door from Winn Dixie. The kids loved the pool when it was too windy outside and chilly for a Long Beach day. We have visited several times over several years and can’t wait to stay in this condo again in May! One very minor thing that may need to be looked into is the bathroom sink in the hall has a slow drain, I’m sure an easy fix and would not let that deter me from another stay. ##### Adam B. We have stayed here 3 times now and each time we visit we never want to leave. The owners have thought of everything for their guests and it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. We love the convenience to the beach, pool, ice cream and local restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious for our family and we cannot wait for our next trip! ##### Adam B. This unit was our favorite unit thus far. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, extra blankets and beach toys/chairs. The large balcony was very nice. Good accommodations, clean, beach amenities in our room, nice people. Unfortunately, La Dolce Vita the umbrella rental company Absolutely Hogged the beach front view for approximately 2 miles. The umbrella/chair rental is definitely necessary for some. Due to the extreme hogging of the prime beachfront view I can’t say I’ll be back. ##### Jacquelyn B. Great view and convenient location to restaurants and shops and access to the beach. Chose this location because it also had a pool and hot tub but was unhappy with both. Hot tubs easily had 20 teens and adults at one time when max was to be 8\. The groups were having fun and enjoying it for several hours, but it would’ve been nice for us to be able to as well. The pool was overcrowded often. But overall a really great experience. ##### Keri S. My husband and me and my mom and dad stayed in this condo for a week, and it was equipped with everything we need for our stay. It even included 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, a beach cart, boogie boards, and beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils which made it easy to prepare all of our meals in the condo. I would like to start off by saying , WOW! Cleanliness is a top priority of mine and I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo. The owners put in a lot of thought and consideration when supplying and staging the unit. We had our 2 kids and didn't have to buy a single item for the beach. We had chairs, umbrellas, buckets, floats, and even nets to do some nighttime crab catching! The SMART tv was convenient for our night time ritual of Netflix for the kidos.
