There is a huge stain on the sofa so we just covered it with a sheet for our stay and it was forgotten. I will have to say that anything you might feel is not up to par is nothing but normal wear and tear. I can’t imagine that this condo isn’t in constant use due to the absolutely perfect location! A beautiful view and just walk across the street and you are in the water! We only used the pool once and it was nice. I will say there are ample spaces for grilling/picnicking. But even though instructions ask the guests to leave the dishwasher loaded and running after checking out, most of the plates, cups and silverware were dirty when we checked in. Also the floors were dirty, my 17 month old was crawling all over the apartment and I had to clean her legs before leaving every time because she had her hands and legs black (literally) from all the dirt. ##### Jennifer F. Normally my back aches from the mattresses, but I have to say all of us were very comfortable and the mattresses didn't disappoint! We had to do some cleaning upon arrival so that was a bummer as well. The kitchen was still a mess and the blender was covered in mold so we couldn’t use that either. ##### Michael S. You can’t check in until 4pm but we were able to drop off our items and go to the beach while waiting. They went above and beyond to help us make the transition smooth.
