Bright and stylish, the two-story interior comes fully furnished with modern decor and all the up-to-date home appliances you'll need for carefree vacation comfort. Lounge on the plush living room sectional for some casual conversation or flip on the smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. Prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beach picnics in the well-equipped full kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms each come with their own bathroom and two private balconies offering glimpses of the Gulf and gentle breezes. Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cute rental by beach

The cold water in the master bedroom did not work at all, as in no water coming out. 2 of the dining room table chairs seemed to be broken or loose and unsafe to sit in. Everything else was wonderful. Clean and spacious.
