The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. The first floor hosts 2 Gulf front bedrooms. The king bedroom has it's own wet bar with a Keurig, sink, ice maker, and beverage cooler, and 42" tv. The Gulf front queen bedroom has a 50" tv, ensuite bathroom walk-in shower, pedestal and vanity sinks, and private water closet. This unique bathroom, divided by pocket doors, is shared by the king bedroom. There is direct balcony and beach access from both bedrooms and the living area. The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, wall electric oven, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 32” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble walk-in shower with a marble bench, separate bath tub and marble vanity. A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor. This bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and master bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa tub, dual vanities and a queen sleeping sofa. This floor also features two separate queen bedrooms with 32” inch flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and marble vanities. You are in walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli Kitchen, Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Emerald Coast Wine Cellar, Alvin's Island Beach Store, & Dairy Queen. Seven adults, 6 children ranging in ages from 9 to 18 years of age. This was the first time our family tried to stay under one roof. the accommodations proved more then adequate. Bathrooms and sleeping arrangements met all of our needs. Cooking facilities great, kitchen proved to be a place where the young people good work well with the adults when needed for cooking purposes. The beach was fantastic. Hector, the property manager was great to work with before and during our stay. Much of the communication between management was done through the computer. A great place to be with family's and many generations. Elevator was very beneficial. All and all Destin is a great get away spot ##### Kenr H. We absolutely loved our stay with Frangista Beach Properties at Toes in the Sand. From sunrise to sunset we were mesmerized by the beautiful beach, powdery sand, and perfectly blue water. The house was beautiful, wonderfully spacious, super clean, and a perfect getaway in these challenging times. While it was just our family of five this time, we could easily see renting again for a multigenerational trip or with another family. Hector from Frangista was super quick and helpful with all communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We will be thinking about our toes in the sand for a long time!! ##### Staci S. It was very spacious for our party of 11 people with plenty of places for joining in together for fun times, and for some peace and quiet when needed. The home was outstanding, and the beach was gorgeous! Frangista Beach Properties was excellent and very responsive to the few issues that we had during our stay.
