Please inquire. 5275 Tivoli Way at Tivoli by the Sea is a beautiful second floor unit which captures the essence of luxury at the beach! Meticulously designed and decorated with upscale comfort in mind, this villa is a cut above the rest. With the finest finishings and details, this is perhaps the most beautiful four bedroom in Tivoli. The owners just added a six seat golf cart for your use! Privately located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the beach side of the Resort, this vacation spot is within a 10-12 minute walk, and just a few steps from the sparkling blue swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea. The complimentary tram will pick you up at the Tivoli stop and take you directly to the beach boardwalk or the Baytowne Wharf entrance. Our villa is convenient to all that the Resort has to offer! Soaring ceilings and dappled sunlight lend relaxing ambience to the main living areas. The remarkably stylish and spacious family room is designed in muted natural colors with touches of sea blue. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat panel television for family entertainment. The open concept design offers convenient access to the kitchen and dining areas. With granite countertops and stainless appliances, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and gadgets you will need to enjoy preparing meals for the family. The dining area seats eight guests, and there is additional seating for three at the countertop bar. Outdoor balcony seating is convenient for everyone to gather and enjoy an impressive golf course view. There is no elevator for this unit. The master bedroom suite offers a comfy king bed with luxurious linens, generous closet space, a flat panel television, and access to the screened balcony. The en suite master bathroom features custom travertine tile work, a deep soaking tub, a separate shower, a water closet, and double vanities. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen sbed, an HDTV and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a large shower. A third guest bedroom suite features a queen bed, an HDTV and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a bathtub/shower combination. There is a spiral staircase leading from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a kids sleeping area with two twin beds, a full bed, and an HDTV. Decor was tasteful and the furniture was comfortable. We had access to restaurants and shops. Location to the beach was reachable by walking but made easy to get with use of the golf cart. The pool was clean and also accessible. We did have to speak with management a few times regarding the golf cart as it wouldn’t hold a charge. Every time we were treated with respect and courtesy. Management worked quickly to resolve the issues. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to keep on top of the situation. This was very important to us as one of our members is disabled and relied on the cart to get around the property. While we enjoyed the stay the condo really needs a deep clean. I’m sure it stays booked and cleaning is done in a hurry to accommodate the next wave of visitors. There was lots of moldy areas in the bathroom around toilet rims and the tub jets etc. The kitchen had food splatters on sides of the island and lower cabinetry. Water tanks in the coffee maker were moldy. The list goes on. I’m sure some renters trash the place. That or the cleaning crew needs more oversight. I didn’t realize there would be so many steps to get into the condo. This was very difficult for our disabled member. This information should be clearly listed as it is certainly dangerous for individuals who are not able bodied. My stay would be a 4 out of 5\. House was just as pictured we had space for everyone. Only issue we had was our 6 seat golf cart was broken, but was replaced with a 4 seat golf cart which was fine. Lots of room for 7 and a toddler. Great view of golf course. The property is very well laid out. The golf cart is extemely useful, you have easy access to both the beach and Baytowne village with it, as well as a small shopping center on 98 with several restaurants and shops. Parking at all 3 is simple. There are a fair amount of steps up to the condo, something to consider if you have trouble with those. Parking in front of the condo is not always possible, but additional parking isn't far away. Never had to use the Tram but saw it regularly. We didn't have any issues with the condo the entire week so never had to contact management. We all loved it and highly recommend. ##### Joe C. The check in was easy and the decor of the villa is great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was so enjoyable. We had plenty of space which was nice. We had a hot water issue when we first arrived and the contact person took care of it quickly. Just a few issues personally for our family...There were 31 steps to take before you get to the floor of your property so getting luggage and groceries back and forth was not so simple. Parking is limited so our family having two cars did not always get a park in front of the property. Booking a stay, a golf cart is a must for us. The 6 seat golf cart was perfect, however, it could use some maintenance as the lights would go off from time to time when you would hit a small bump and the reverse and forward button would trip up a couple of times. Beautiful and relaxing rental, quiet location. Our family loved it. Golf cart was wonderful, great for exploring the amenities of the property. Had a good time in the waves at the beach and at the racquet courts, enjoyed coming back to the rental for a home cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen. ##### Julia K. Window and balcony views were beautiful! Minor complaints (drain was clogged, bald tires on cart finally went flat, one closet was used as storage and the items inside had to be removed so it could be utilized) still couldn't retract from how great this place was! Extraordinary view of the 13th hole of the golf course from the screened in porch. It was a great location for quiet time with the Lord and just enjoying the view. How ever I do have a few complaints for one; the sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable to use as a bed to sleep on. One of the bathrooms in the rooms had bugs and roaches. Also when I was booking this particular location it said that most of their properties come with a golf cart but when I checked the property we rented out did not. I think that should be more clear from the beginning. Other than that our stay was awesome. I also have another suggestion and that’s that they have more blankets available. ##### Jocelyn F. It was spacious which was perfect for our group of 10! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for easy meals. There were a few things we didn’t like, but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again. There is only 1 dish towel provided and 2 dish rags. The kitchen chairs and bar stools are made of some wicker material that is painful to sit on for any longer than 5 minutes. They really need cushions on them. The pattern digs into your thighs and left my daughters backside purple after sitting for too long on game night. There are not enough bath towels unless you want to do laundry several times. We ended up buy more just so we wouldn’t have to wash towels every other day. And the pillows are awful!! If Walmart wasn’t such a nightmare, we would have gone and bought those too but instead we sucked it up. Like I said, nothing deal breaking, just a few things we had issues with. The place is so beautiful, great view of the golf course off the balcony. The location is really great, easy access to the beaches by foot or car. A golf cart would really make it easier to get around too, but we managed! Overall, we loved it and had a great time! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would book again if the occasion arises!! ##### Shalon B. Everything on the inside was very clean & had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The screened in porch could use a pressure wash though & the seat cushions could use replacing. We also luckily brought our own toilet paper & paper towel. If you are going to be in that nice of a condo, please consider upgrading the paper products. Just some small suggestions! Everyone had their own space , yet we had the large kitchen and living area to enjoy together. The kids loved the loft bedroom and the golf cart.
