"Romancing the Beach" is an amazing 9th floor Westwinds ocean front condo. Spend your days basking on our sugar white sands, lounging poolside or exploring the many amenities of Sandestin Resort via our 6 seat golf cart.

Generous counter space, stainless appliances and lots of cabinet space will make creating and enjoying meals a pleasure! The dining area seats 4 comfortably with additional seats at the bar. Our open floorplan flows right into the living room where you will find a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV for a cozy movie night or the big game! Our favorite pastime is stepping out to the balcony and enjoying a meal or a drink at our outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean.

The master suite features a king bed, a private access point to the balcony, a smart TV, a cozy seating area perfect for a good book, a large closet and a private bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom features a double sink vanity with custom lighting, an oversized walk in shower with dual showerheads and a standalone tub for soaking. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, stunning views as well, a smart TV, generous closet space and access to the bathroom in the hall. The hall bathroom has a one sink vanity, new tub and shower. The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, space for beach toys and shelving for laundry needs as well as additional storage.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
