You will be within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. 1 block from Whale's Tale. There's no pool here, but the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own private beach. A 5 min drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there. Close to everything, comes with everything.: This is a 'NO SMOKING' ,'non pet' unit which can sleep up to 6 Adults. The top floor has the Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, remodeled bathroom. It also has the guest bedroom that comes with a queen and a bunk beds. Both bedrooms have their own custom tiled bathrooms. There are flat panel TV's, The second floor has a fully stocked Kitchen equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. A half bath and a full living room with large TV, foldout sofa's, providing 3 individual sleeping spaces. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer on the first floor for your convenience. Beach Time: Their are private balconies on every level! Equipped with chairs for a relaxing evening in the breeze. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Play in the beach all day and rinse off in the outdoor shower. The third floor master bedroom is located next to the ocean so you can hear the waves even with the doors closed. There is one parking space that holds 2 STANDARD cars back to front. it is directly in front of the unit. That alone carries much of the experience and is hard to beat.That said, future guests should be aware that the unit is quite worn and would benefit from a deep cleaning and overall refreshing. While it appeared that surface cleaning had been done, the space did not feel truly clean, and many furnishings and fixtures show significant age and wear, which impacted our comfort.The host was very responsive, which we appreciated, and there are positives such as working TVs/service, good internet, a grill, and parking (tight, but known in advance). With attention to maintenance, replacement of worn-out items, and a higher standard of cleanliness, this property could be wonderful. As it stands, the condition of the unit was well below expectations, particularly when compared to the photos provided in the listing, though the location itself is outstanding. ##### Lynn C. Even though it was spring break it was not crowded felt very private. The townhome was a bit dated but had what we needed and the owner was easy to get in touch with. Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with the stairwell light, it was promptly replaced, which we really appreciated. The best part was being directly on the beach—it made for a truly relaxing getaway. The condo's layout was perfect for two couples, offering plenty of space and comfort. Plus, the value for the price was great, making it an even better experience. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! ##### Beth D. The kitchen looks to have been renovated recently. The outside on the beach side is a little aged but but a great place to sit and enjoy the evening air and sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It is a AWESOME location and with it being a private beach it is not crowded. I recommend this place. ##### James A. Comfy and roomy. We were on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse, you would need to keep that in mind if someone in the party has trouble with navigating due to the steps. Parking was right at the door. We brought our own chairs and it was so nice to have a deck to leave them on each day. Being a private beach was wonderful too! The only other people we saw were those walking the beach and our next door neighbors.....loved the small crowd.
