The condo has been nicely updated and the girls loved the bunk beds. It was a short walk to the beach and the very convenient to have an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us upon our arrival. It was perfectly described and the pool was one of the best we have had while on a vacation in the emerald coast. We would without a doubt stay here again as it everything about the stay was just easy. The beach chairs and private beach access made getting ourselves and kiddos down the beach so easy and I'm not sure we would ever pick a place that doesn't include chair service again. Two things to note. The pool gate is right under the unit and VERY noticeable as people let the gate slam behind them. The master bedroom mattress is worn and pretty uncomfortable. I travel for work multiple times a month so I am used to it. All that said, Its a great condo and the owner made the stayign here SO easy. ##### David V. Easy access to the private beach, great on-site pools and hot tub, parking is close to the unit. Included with condo rental were 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. Recently updated condo was nice and relaxing with a balcony and pool view. While the resort is near other resorts on the Scenic Highway 98, it felt secluded by all of the palm trees on site and was secure in a gated courtyard. Several restaurants are in walking range and many more a short drive away. Our hosts were great in responding to questions that came up during our stay and made everything easy for us to access and check out. There was enough room for our family of 5, utilizing the sofa bed. Well stocked with trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, as well as washcloths and towels. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. The walk to the beach was short. Finding the gate the first time was a little tricky, but look for the white gate with the name of 4 condos on it, including Beach Resort, located just beyond a large white beachfront condo. The signs are small and we missed them the first time, but actually very close to the condo. The beach was lovely. You do share it with 4 other condo buildings, so it wasn’t quite as private as I had thought but still a great time. Plenty to do right around the area and of course within driving distance too. This condo was very nice and the owners were very quick to respond any time I messaged them. The only thing that was an issue, was the gate to the pool is right under the condo and you could hear it slam every time someone went in and out of it. Finding the gate to the beach was also a little tricky at first. However, all info was in the binder that they have in the condo. We had just walked to the beach after we got unpacked and hadn’t looked yet. But the information they have in the binder is very well put together. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The condo was clean l, nicely decorated, and the AC set at 70 kept the condo nice and cool which is always a huge plus. This was our second time staying at Beach Resort and the pool is always a huge hit!! The location is perfect! Just a few minute walk to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants! We even walked to and from The Crab Trap one evening for dinner. This was our first time staying in this particular condo unit and the pool gate is directly under the unit which was very noisy every time it was shut by guest. We loved the pool and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to elevator. The view online gives a false impression you can see the ocean from balcony, you cannot. Second floor only has up close view of pool. No basic spices for cooking but did have cookware. Other than the couple of things I listed, we enjoyed our annual vacation here! ##### Stefanie D.
