The pool is heated from Nov - March. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed. \*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) \*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Golf cart that’s included makes everything easy. Commuting back and forth from the beach, going to the store, restaurants and just cruising around we were able to keep the sand out of our vehicles. First night we got there the 3rd floor was warm, \~77 degrees, we just assumed that it would cool at night but it never did. Called the property manager next day and he had an AC tech out within an hour to fix it and brought two portable AC units just in case we had any more issues. I was very impressed with the quickness to solve our issue with the HVAC. We did have someone steal our beach chairs at night that we left out by the trash cans after washing the sand off so bring your stuff inside at night, I blame myself for that one. Only con I can think of was the floors were very dirty, I hate wearing shoes and it showed when my feet were black after walking around the property for a day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again. ##### Zach W. House was clean and organized! Admin was quick to respond to all questions! Worked with us on hurricane evacuation/refund. Definitely would love to come back! Check was at 4 but the place wasn’t cleaned and they charge a cleaning fee for what??! We cleaned up once we arrived it was literally dirt all over the floor! Be warned: if you don’t like stairs, do not rent this house! We loved that we were allowed to bring our pups along. We really don’t have anything negative to say about the home. Some suggestions would be: a Keurig coffee maker, a new wine opener (the one provided was broken), nicer wine glasses, a wireless speaker, counter spray to wipe off counters. Other than that the home is really well stocked and the golf cart is a wonderful extra. ##### Amy G.
