Location, Location, Location! Get ready to be “wowed” by this spacious fourth floor Destin condominium located at the end of the east wing, providing the perfect spot to watch the Destin’s brilliant sunsets. With incredible beach views, stunning interior décor and a giant main suite bathroom, this vacation rental delivers comfort and beauty. It’s balcony views are something that you’ll never tire of- gazing out on a long stretch of pure white sand and aqua water that fades to a deep blue hedged by the pristine green landscaping of Mediterranea is simply dreamy.

The “wow” factor continues as you look around at the interior. Mediterranea 415E is one of the few units with three bedrooms and three full baths plus two private balconies with beach views! Additionally, the master suite and its giant bathroom with a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower and double vanities might look too good to be true. More reasons to celebrate include features such as tile floors, a full laundry room and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances- all perfectly clean and ready to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. Moreover, a light and bright beach theme with original paintings, new designer furniture and modern technologies complete the “perfect condo by the beach” appeal. If you want to work from the beach, Mediterranea 415E also includes a living room desk and upgraded WiFi so you don’t have to rush home.

Guests have continually reviewed Mediterranea 415 as the “best they’ve ever stayed in” thanks to its panoramic beach vistas and the amenities that this beachfront condominium contains. Its grounds are covered by a verdant courtyard area with a 3,000 square foot, seasonally heated pool and spa surrounded by a spacious sun deck, gas grills and a gazebo. Plus, a community room, a fitness center, tennis court and a location next door to the popular Pompano Joe's restaurant and shops are the silver lining on this gleaming Destin vacation rental.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The condo was beautiful, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was perfect. The only thing missing was basics- the condo didn’t have things like salt and pepper and extra blankets. I would stay here again, but now I know you have to bring EVERYTHING and the condo is essentially bare in regards to supplies.

My family has been vacationing in Destin for years. Mediterranea is hands down our favorite place to stay and condo 415E is our favorite unit. This rental is very spacious and accommodates our family of 8 quite well. The views are spectacular from all three balconies and the decor is simple, yet beautiful and elegant. Excellent vacation choice!

Great place. When first arrived very confusing to find which building is which. No indication on paper work. No one on grounds t ask. Had to bother another guess to find out what was the building letters. Need letters on buildings. U offer free activities but if I have to drive 30 minutes down the street it’s not a free activity to me. When u have activities on your own beach. My only complaints
