If you decide to book Beach House 1204D, you'll be granted unlimited access to incredible shared amenities, including gas grills, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a fitness center.

This prime location, mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. Perfect stay

This was an awesome place to stay. Had everything you need. Steps away from the beach. The beach chair service is a nice bonus! Will definitely be booking to stay again!

Nice upgrades

The shower and counter in the master bathroom are a nice upgrade. This condo had plenty of extra towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Great view of the beach and close to so many places to shop and eat.

Vacasa was wonderful!

Vacasa came immediately to our air conditioning issue. 204D needs kitchen and guest bathroom updates, but loved the 2nd floor location. Everything else was great!

Beautiful location and good amenities

The condominiums are right on the beach and convenient to everything, although I do not recommend going during spring break! My one complaint is the lack of maid service and a paucity of towels. However, the amenities are excellent, and the views are breathtaking. If you like the Destin area, then this vacation rental property is exceptional.

Good and bad! 1. Very old condo and furnishings. Very dirty and smelly furniture. I felt uncomfortable sitting on it. The couch smelt like dogs. 2. Few areas were still stained and dirty, not cleaned. I sent Vacassa pictures. My husband wanted to leave as soon as we arrived because he felt dirty! The owners had stached lamps, pictures, and items in the closets. View was great, pool nice, location on the beach was wonderful. There is an elevator which helps.

Comfortable stay with perks

Great location with beautiful oceanfront view. We enjoyed a quick dip in the heated pool and played pickleball. Beach chairs/umbrella service was nice. We did not use the kayak or bike rental services, but it was nice that they were available. Construction was still under way instead of ending on 3/31/24. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

This was the perfect location. Right on the beach and with a great beach view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If we return this is where we will try and stay.

Great family Vacay!

Great stay

I absolutely love this property and this beach. My family stays in this condo every year. This was the condo my husband and I stayed on our honeymoon. It is so much fun to bring the kids back years later. Great staff and great property.

Perfect for Conference next door

I stayed there for a conference held at the Embassy Suites across the street. This was my first stay on the beach for the conference rather than at the hotel itself and I will definitely be doing this again.

Great Location but disappointing

We have stayed at this property before but we were disappointed this year. It was dirty, falling apart, and just didn’t live up to our memories. There was blonde hair everywhere (we are all brunettes), sand everywhere, the coffee pot was MOLDY, no fitted sheets on the bed. That’s just a few of the issues. We won’t be staying here again which is a shame because the property is in the perfect location.

We stay at Beach House quite a bit. The property we visited in December is a property that I would not recommend or return to. The location is splendid with a balcony overlooking the beach. The D Building is great because it's away from the pool and is not overcrowded. The furniture was fine with a comfortable bed, we needed the reclining chair in the living room and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. However, I do not do bugs! I have never seen a live cockroach in any of the units over all the years that we have stayed at Beach House. I can no longer say that. I am glad it was on the last night of our stay or I would have called for an exterminator. I vacuumed when we arrived because the carpets didn't seem clean. We wiped down all surfaces and found crumbs on the kitchen table. There were only two dish towels and one washcloth for an eight night stay and two hand towels per bathroom. I called management to get more so we wouldn't be washing clothes every day of our vacation, which they did bring. The dishwasher didn't work properly, the refrigerator barely made ice - the appliances definitely need upgraded. The door frames were broken and there was a hole under the kitchen sink - hence that must be where the bugs came from. They originally gave us one parking pass but we had to request a second one - it is a two bedroom and we had two cars. I requested an early check in but was not made aware of availability of an early check in until two hours before our arrival. I would have left earlier if I had known. Trust me - there is nowhere like the beach; so sitting on the balcony having breakfast or working remotely with a beautiful view is heavenly. But there shouldn't be bugs or dirt when you pay a premium price.

Thankful at Thanksgiving

We don't stay in Destin often and decided to stay here to be close to our family. We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. It was a great fit for our family of four at Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable, the unit was clean and it’s very accessible to the beach. It’s right next to the elevator on the second floor so packing up and unloading we’re a breeze. Super convenient to the grocery store, shopping, Baytowne and restaurants! If our family stays in Destin again, we’d be pleased to stay in D204z

Ideal location

The location was perfect. Short set of steps to the beach, the view was fantastic, and the condo was nice. My only 2 complaints are the mattress in the master bedroom was terribly uncomfortable and it seemed very old, also there was no hair dryer. I didn’t think to bring my own blow dryer because I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have one, so I was highly disappointed when I was getting ready to go to dinner. Other than that, we would stay here again.
