However there are a few things that could be improved… bath towels are sort of tired and need to be replaced. it would be nice to have some instructions on how to use the tvs. also...there were no ammenity passes in the property and we saw no info about them. the top step of the stairs that go to second floor is loose and dangerous. one of my guests nearly fell as it caught her shoe as she was coming down. the golf cart needs some maintenance...and we did not have any info about how to get places or where we could go in it. The kitchen pots and pans are a little dinged up and the nonstick coating is damaged. ##### S B. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck overlooking the water each morning, took the golf cart to the beach everyday, and had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds each night.
