FLOORPLAN
⭐ At the beginning of 2023, our gorgeous 19th-floor condo was recently updated with new kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and beautiful bedroom furniture!! The Radiant Vista has an upscale contemporary feel with coastal accents and breathtaking views. The master bedroom faces the Gulf, so you can wake up in a king-size bed each morning and marvel at the beautiful emerald waters. The master bedroom also has a private entrance to the spacious balcony! The master bath offers a fabulous garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. The living area has a sleeper sofa and two swivel accent chairs! The dining area is styled with a new dining table for six, beautiful tiled floors, and additional seating at the bar, making this the perfect spot for family dinners! The guest bedroom has also been recently upgraded with new bedding and designed with an elegant tropical feel, featuring a nice queen bed, carpeted floors, and beautifully appointed furnishings. The kids will love their private bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk and their own TV and DVD player to watch their favorite movies. The guest bathroom offers a single vanity and a shower/tub combo accessible from the hall. There's also a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room for your convenience. ⭐ Ariel Dunes is a signature beach complex with two towers inside the gated Seascape Resort and best of all, only a 4-minute walk to the beach! You will also have access to the onsite restaurant and bar and find over 12,000 square feet of pools sprawled around Ariel Dunes!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ 2 parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Rentals are available through La Dolce Vita. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the on balcony. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival.
POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools at Ariel Dunes. However, this condo only comes with the use of the Ariel Dunes I pool and amenities. Pool bands will be left in the condo for you. The property wristbands are not souvenirs. You will be charged for any wristbands not in the unit on your departure. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
FITNESS CENTER
⭐ Fitness center is located on the 1st Floor of Ariel Dunes I and you will receive the access code by email prior to your arrival.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING:
⭐ Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law, smoking or vaping of any kind, including without limitation via cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping pen, or other smoking or vaping device, shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements (lobby, stairwells, elevators, floor hallways & pool decks) with the exception of areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors. The prohibition in this section shall include the smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance. Smoking in common areas or on unit balconies will result in a fine of $100.00 per violation. Designated smoking areas are located on the ground floor by the concrete benches, as well as at the concrete table facing the parking lot.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
