Ariel Dunes is located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach near wonderful dining and shopping options. You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. STARTER KIT ⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie. Wi-Fi ⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. \*\*Bring your passwords for streaming services.\*\* Don't forget to log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ 2 parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included with the condo. Rentals are available through La Dolce Vita. BEACH GEAR ⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas on the balcony. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. POOLS ⭐ Enjoy access to two amazing pools at Ariel Dunes I, including a zero-entry pool with a fountain and another oversized pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun! Wristbands will be waiting for you in the condo. Just be sure to leave them behind at checkout to avoid a fee. No glass or alcohol is permitted in the pool. Be sure to review the posted safety guidelines before use, and enjoy the amenities at your own risk. FITNESS CENTER ⭐ The fitness center is located on the 1st Floor of Ariel Dunes I featuring treadmill, elliptical, and weights. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. SMOKING: ⭐ Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law, smoking or vaping of any kind, including without limitation via cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping pen, or other smoking or vaping device, shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements (lobby, stairwells, elevators, floor hallways & pool decks) with the exception of areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors. The prohibition in this section shall include the smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance. Smoking in common areas or on unit balconies will result in a fine of $100.00 per violation. Designated smoking areas are located on the ground floor by the concrete benches, as well as at the concrete table facing the parking lot. BOOKING ⭐You must be 25+ to book The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. REFUNDS ⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. We have been staying at Ariel Dunes for the past 15+ years. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The only complaint I have it how uncomfortable the couch was. I know it was a fold out for additional sleeping arrangement and we didn't try the bed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, day & night, enjoying the views and sounds of the waves. The beach was just a short walk from the condo. We definitely put the washer & dryer to good use to wash our beach towels and clothes at the end of each day. Only problem was there was no detergent available, we had to purchase some. The Cabana Cafe has the best pizza and turkey club sandwich I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly. One problem we did have upon arrival was the code to access condo did not work. I was able to contact maintenance and get the code reset in less than 10 minutes. Also, the lights on the patio did not work, I meant to notify maintenance but kept forgetting. There also wasn't any dish soap which had to be purchased as well. Overall, it was the perfect vacation for my family & me, we did not want to leave. This was our first trip to Florida and look forward to coming back again next year. ##### Andrea G. I loved the beach wagon that was provided for the short walk to the beach. An outdoor shower was also provided to rinse off beach sand. The kitchen was fully stocked with an exception of a pitcher for beverages, but honesty that wasn’t a big deal. The condo was roomy with an excellent view of the ocean. I enjoyed waking to coffee and lounging in the well kept lawn furniture on the balcony. All in all, everything was accessible and easy. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. As a bonus there were two beach chairs, an umbrella, grass mats and even a wagon to carry everything. It is a beautiful view, high enough floor to see over all the surrounding buildings so you can see the ocean across the entire view from the balcony. It's only a few minutes to the beach. So when you run down there very early in the morning to place your umbrella and chairs you can come back up to the condo before breakfast is finished cooking. The balcony is mostly in the shade in early morning and late afternoon, another plus! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!!! We will stay here again!!! ##### Nataliya M. My only negative complaint is the sofa and chairs in living room were very uncomfortable, the views and beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and ready to accommodate my family. I wish there were more carts available for the guest trying to check in and out. We had to use multiple grocery baskets to load and unload.
