This unit’s location is nice and the amenities are good. Just know that it’s vastly outdated…all furnishings, curtains, tile, carpet, artwork look like they were there when the building opened in the 90s. The patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. The front door sticks really badly and makes a very loud sound every time it’s opened. And the blinds in the master stop about 6” above the window sill, making it impossible to keep out the sun in the morning. While the furnishing could have been more updated, the beds were comfortable, the condo very clean, and facilities well managed. The only real complaint would be in the lack of kitchen cooking items. The check-in process was so easy. We loved the pool and how close the beach was. The balcony is spacious and has a beautiful view. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so there was plenty of space. When you arrive, there are welcome kits in each bathroom with toiletries and 1 in the kitchen with detergents. Everything lived up to the marketing of the property. The area is outstanding and very convenient to everything. The owners, Dan & Stephanie have done an outstanding job to ensure our needs were well taken care of. The My Vacation Haven staff are the best I have worked with on ensuring all is taken care of and superb communication throughout our stay! The condo was very clean and everything was well maintained to ensure it was in great working order and clean! Pray we have the opportunity to come back here again! It was beach front with a great view. Very nice community, with a nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar. We had a wheel chair user with us, and the condo was perfect for them to get around. The only place he had a little problem accessing was the balcony, because there is a step down, but we made it work. All other doorways and entry ways were wide enough, the bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious. We loved our stay here and did not want to go home. ##### Amanda P. The condo has an amazing view to the beach and pool. Each room has a view to the beach which is awesome. We love that they have beach chairs for us to use. The kitchen is well quipped. However; there are minor issues during our stay. The water got turned off twice due to leak issues. It did make it inconvenient especially the timing when it happened. Maybe, we waited 30 minutes for the water to come back. Apparently, the sink had a leak. We reported right away and the issue was fixed. The dining room light is not very bright-it looks like the bulb is dying. The toilet paper holder in the main bedroom was barely hanging on and it fell on our 2nd day, but we just let it go. We just hoped that the check -in time is a little flexible. The door codes are automated and it doesn't open until exactly 4 pm. I'm glad that the building has a lobby and we had a cool place to sit while we waited. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and made great memories. Thank you! ##### Marissa S. It’s the perfect spot with a fabulous view, spacious and perfect for our trip! It’s super convenient to restaurants and perfect for cooking! The only thing we found this year was that the pull out sofa in the living area isn’t conducive for adults! Right on the beach and the pool was super fun. Condo was clean and roomy. The pool snack bar was great, but the cook didn’t show up on time a couple of days.
