Walk-out access to the Tropical Pool and Baytowne Wharf! A few minutes ride to the beach on the complimentary Tram. This newly updated studio offers walk out access to the tropical swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and family bbq area. The Baytowne Wharf is literally a few steps away! Tram service to the beach is conveniently located just outside the building front door. This stylish studio comfortably sleeps four with a king bed, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. New wood flooring and furnishings enhance the coastal vibe. A fully stocked kitchenette offers a mini-refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the patio courtyard and enjoy a lovely view of the tropical pool, hot tub, and lush landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a coin operated laundry room available in the building next door, and wifi is complimentary. The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. It was very clean and modern. Close access to the swimming pool and Wharf for shopping, dining and entertainment. Tram services were nice for getting to the beach. I think either the internet or television may need updated as there was a lot of lags and buffering. My recommendation would be to offer a more helpful communication style. Essentially our only means for communication was texting. I tried to read through all of the literature before asking my questions but was still referred to the documents. When we tried to ask about finding the coin operated laundry and if the room had a change machine, they did not have this information. I actually called a number and spoke to someone that was not on-site and wasn't familiar with the Pilot House. The laundry was quite a hall (including walking through the parking garage) and no they do not have a change machine. We discovered this the hard way. If you prefer to do your laundry on vacation just make sure you don't choose a studio. ##### Jeannie V. We stayed in this room for one week with our 2-year-old, and it was great. Very clean and quite spacious for a studio. The couch mattress is terrible, but when are they not? So I wouldn’t count on that as a legitimate sleeping option, personally. But it has a king size bed, which was wonderful. Smart Tv, small fridge. No freezer. Patio is large and walks straight out to pool. Bathroom was great as well. ##### Amanda H. Loved to just walk out back to pool! The location was right next to the entrance to Baytowne Wharf of which we just loved! Only negative was for me was ceiling fan and door to a/c was very dusty.
