Enjoy the plentiful amenities this resort has to offer, or explore the shops and restaurants at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf just steps away. And of course, for a day of fun and sun at the beautiful emarald coast private beach, hop on the tram just outside the front door of the Pilot House! The Pilot House welcomes you with its plentiful amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, grills, and fireplace. Enjoy being adjacent to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a pedestrian market place that hosts a variety of dining and shopping venues as well as day & night activities for all ages. Community Amenities- Pool, Hot Tub, Elevators, Fitness Room, Luggage Carts, Ice Machine, Coin Laundry Room (at Observation Point next door) Resort Amenities- gated community, multiple pools, resort tram, fitness center/spa/salon\*, golf\*, tennis\*, marina, shops, restaurants, entertainment, private beach, free parking, watersports\*, elevators, wifi, luggage carts, ice machine, laundry\* (\*amenity available for additional fee). Complimentary Tram service is included as well as wifi! We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock. Beach Closet This property offers a Beach Closet stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for use during your stay! Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf. The resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts; biking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; restaurants and shopping. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around. We offer a Keurig coffee machine and a jar with k-pods for your use. Once these are gone, you will need to purchase your own pods. Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you go directly to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home. If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach and other resort amenities. However, we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo. Communication with the owner was excellent. Snacks were provided as was a closet with beach accessories plus two cards for use of the resort tram. The pool was outstanding. We walked from our room overlooking the pool to the other side of the pool, down the stairs and we were at the Baytown Wharf Center. We would easlily stay here again. It was clean and well appointed. Coffee, popcorn, beach toys and beach chairs. A nice balcony overlooking the pool and outside the from door is the Baytown Wharf. The unit was very clean and the pool area is very nice and wasn't very busy our entire stay. I wish there were grilling utensils in the unit to be able to utilize the grilling area but that was the only thing I would change.
