A Wave From it All is a charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Leisure Bay. This beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan and a bright kitchen with granite counters and all stainless-steel appliances. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in each of the guest bedrooms, two twin bunkbeds in the loft area, and a sofa sleeper in the living room sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. Plus, the master bedroom has balcony access that overlooks the sparking community pool! Take the short stroll to the beach (approx 700 yds), splash around in the community pool, or explore Destin Commons nearby! Come make A Wave From it All a family vacation tradition for years to come.

Leisure Bay is a quaint subdivision of ten single family homes just off Ellis Road between U. S. Highway 98 West and Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. The neighborhood is 3 blocks from Miramar Beach public beach access and Pompano Joe's Seafood and Oyster House. The shared pool never gets too busy since Leisure Bay is a small community of homes, and it's conveniently located between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, both just 2 short miles away.  
  
\*There are only 2 parking spots available in front of the home and 1 spot available in the garage.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.  
  
All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.  
  
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

#### Overall a great location

Our family had a wonderful time in Destin. The property is in a great location and comfortably accommodates eight people. We appreciated having a small pool nearby for days when we preferred not to visit the beach. However, if you plan on cooking during your stay, be aware that the kitchen lacks some basic essentials. There were only two small pans and a wok available for cooking, along with a single serving bowl. Additionally, there were no oven mitts or pot holders for handling hot items from the oven. On the positive side, there were plenty of dishes and drinking cups. The appliances in the house are somewhat outdated; for instance, the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. The beds, although comfortable, were quite squeaky with every movement. The kids loft area was perfect for the teens to sleep and hang out. Lastly, having an additional outdoor trash can would be great to have as there was only one provided.

The house is amazing, just how it looked in the listing. Very beautiful very close to the pool and the beach was about a 7-10 minute walk. If we would drive it was a 1-2 minute drive to the beach. Over all everything was great and would rebook for our yearly family vacation!

This home is beyond perfect. Very clean, in excellent condition, cozy, quite neighborhood, close walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and a local coffee shop. Furnishings were beautiful, loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and the pool across the street. We had a wonderful time and felt at home.

They house was great, loved that it had 4 full restrooms. It was super clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. Just a short drive down the street to the beach for public parking, it was packed but we luckily never had problems getting parking with people coming and going pretty frequently. One suggestion pack light smaller coolers for drinks and snacks. We struggled rolling ours through the sand the first day and switched to our smaller coolers the rest of the week, that was much easier. Definitely recommend staying here. Would do it again but fly instead of drive from Austin!

Great house! Perfect location to the beach and everything. Really enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach end will be back!

I thought it was to good to be true but it was great! Wish I could’ve stayed longer but we’ll be bk!
