Very spacious. It isn’t over the top - just a basic condo that serves purpose for a family vacation. Master bath was upgraded. Remaining bathrooms could use upgrade. Community pool was next door, but a bit dated. Condo does NOT include use of golf cart that is parked right outside the unit, which is a big negative. Bedding was nice - upgraded from photos in the Vrbo ad. Communication with manager was good. There were issues with appliances - dishwasher, dryer could be replaced. Keirug has to be replaced. Golf cart was the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, the wheel bearing broke on our third day, but that is of no fault of the owners, just an unfortunate event that happens. We loved everything about the unit and the cart. We liked going to Baytowne Village and to the beach. The beach was extremely crowded the week we were there. The Resort has everything you need. The Golf Cart was huge hit. We travelled to Bay side just before sunset most evenings to enjoy the sunset. The Beach side Restaurant had really good food. Traffic on HW 98 was horrendous, but the Resort gives you access to beach and bay sides. You can reach a Publix plus many other stores by your Golf Cart.
