This elegant condo is furnished exquisitely in a traditional style with tropical overtones. In the center of The Crescent and on the third floor, its location allows for incredible views of the pool and garden area and the beautiful emerald water and white sand that makes the Gulf of Mexico so spectacular. With its cozy dining area, guests can access the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom suite. The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped for easy and fun vacation meal preparation. This unit also features a Keurig coffee maker for guest enjoyment. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. Both of the bedrooms and the living area have flat-panel TVs with DVD players, and there is a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. With all of this, Crescent 307 is sure to have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!

Things To Know:

* From September 2021 to May 2022, the Crescent will be undergoing an exterior renovation project. There will be noise and dust throughout the project, and interior unit excess will not be necessary at any time. Don't hesitate to contact the owner for a property construction update.

* Please note there are active security cameras in this property's common areas only.

* Parking is first-come, first-served. There is no assigned parking. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property, and they will be towed at the owner's expense.

Best Anniversary Week

LOVED staying at this property and would rent it again! Condo was very clean and well stocked with literally everything you would need. The view is exceptional and the ease of getting to the pool and beach were perfect. Parking was always available and felt secure the whole time. This condo is a MUST and we will definitely be renting again!

Wonderful vacation!!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Crescent !! The Gulf view was amazing! I loved my early mornings on the balcony watching the waves! Condo was very comfortable for our family. Host Diane has all the kitchen necessities and more! She surprised us with some extra items too! Crescent is so close to restaurants , grocery and shopping. This was our second vacation at The Crescent. A fabulous place to make family memories! We will be back for sure!

Just Beautiful

This unit is super clean and updated. The location of the unit is right by lobby elevator for super quick access to pool, beach and car. Moreover, the property is near shopping and highway. You can’t go wrong with Scenic Gulf Drive! We stay on Miramar every summer. This may be my favorite property to date! This unit is a steal! The view in the morning is priceless! Cheers!

Fall Break

We came here for fall break. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate the snacks that were provided. Kitchen was well stocked. View was great. Came during HOA week so getting an umbrella and chairs on the front row was not possible no matter how early you arrived. It was reserved for owners. Not the fault of the owner of this condo, just be aware when booking if having the front row is important. Overall, great condo and location.

We had such a great time with our two girls in this beautiful condo! The location was perfect! It’s hard to find a condo with a big pool while also on the beach! The owner was very accommodating and left the most thoughtful welcome gift! I wish she could come organize my house :) Condo had everything we needed and super clean! We hope to be back again soon!

Amazing View and Hospitality!

Everything was perfect! We will stay again. The pull out couch bed may be uncomfortable for adults. It worked “ok” for small teens. The Surf Hut next door was a good place to eat. Austin’s Oyster Bar next to Winn Dixie was good too. Can’t wait to stay here again!! Robbie

Perfect!

Location is amazing! Very well kept unit and property. Beach service included is nice but we were there over the July 4th holiday and there were some rather aggressive tenants so I still paid to reserve my own daily to guarantee a spot to watch my littles. Not a deterrent by any means, just a tip. Would love to book again in future.

Well maintained and comfortable condo

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is well maintained with comfortable seating and bedding with a beautiful view. One of the things that is special about this unit is how the owner of the unit makes you feel like family with various unexpected amenities and toiletries. She is constantly making sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Hopefully we will be using it again in the near future. We highly recommend this unit.

Another Great Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in Crescent Unit 307. Having stayed in 2 other units at the Crescent in past years, we have decided that Diane’s condo is the perfect one for our family! The views of the gulf are gorgeous! Morning coffee on the covered patio are the perfect way to start the day. There was a bit of apprehension leading up to our visit due to Covid-19 & Florida’s early reopening phases that left our stay up in the air. Diane our our mind at ease & worked with us on throughout the process. The condo is nicely appointed with everything needed to enjoy our vacation! My kids are now old enough to remember our vacations & they were very excited to come back to The Crescent. The 2nd bedroom/bathroom is just perfect for them. The beautiful pool is spacious & beach service with umbrella & chairs is very appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & are dreaming of our next booking!

Fantastic vacation

We absolutely loved staying in your updated and beautifully decorated condo! It was comfortable, cozy, well stocked and felt like home! Spring break 2025

We have stayed at The Crescent many times but this particular condo was the best! Great panoramic views of the ocean, love beach service that was included! The host was so generous in leaving snacks in a beach bag! The condo was clean, stocked with things you typically have to buy. And there were games for the rainy days!
