It was at the end of Mirimar Beach so it never got too busy in the beach and the view was amazing. They were doing construction on all the units next to us. If you arent going to be in your room much during your stay (like us) this wouldnt affect you. If you are wanting to sit in your room and listen to the waves, dont plan on doing that- just walk down to the beach! Because it does get loud at times. There was a little difficulty when we extended our stay an extra night. It was never relayed over correctly to the cleaning company and I had multiple missed calls (which i didnt notice because we didnt have our phones out much) and the cleanikg people were outside our room when we got back from the beach to clean our room, so it made us feel bad. Its a very quiet community and never got loud. We barely saw other guests on our floor so it doesnt seem like ak overly crowded property like some others might be. They had fun things for kids out by the pool each day. And the food at the pool bar are was amazing! We are there twice during our 5 day stay. We would HIGHLY reccomend this unit.
