The condo was just as pictured with everything you could possibly need for your beach trip! We brought our own pack n play for our 1 year old but realized there was one there incase we’d forgotten, which was so nice. Everything was so clean and organized. Check in process was super easy and great location close to everything fun! We didn't know this was on the 11th floor, however, but the elevators worked great. The two bathrooms were nice, functional. The washer & dryer were nice; the dryer began having a problem, so we cut back on the laundry, no problem. The kitchen must have been redone, very nice. Good rental. The views of the beach were amazing. Access to the beach, shopping, food and activities was easy. I felt safe in this area. The place was quiet and peaceful. I would rent this place again. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! The private balcony offers spectacular views of the Gulf and was the perfect place for coffee and dining. (The condo is high enough that you don’t even notice the street below…yet we still could see dolphins every morning.) The kitchen included everything we needed for food prep, the beds and furniture were super comfy, and the televisions were great and offered many viewing choices. We really enjoyed the building’s well-maintained pool/hot tubs and the pickleball courts at the complex. Also - the owners were wonderful with communication every step of the way. Kelly was very responsive to our messages leading up to our trip. The location is fantastic and the condo itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities needed for our quick trip to the beach. Because we flew to Destin this trip we didn’t have the beach accessories we’d normally pack if driving. Kelly had us covered and my kids had everything they needed to be entertained on the beach.
