The full kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The private balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee - also an ideal happy hour haunt. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Tops'l Tides amenities include two heated bi-level pools, a fitness center, on-site eateries, and a magnificent stretch of white-sand beach just a short walk from your condo. Take a soothing hot tub soak after a match at the impressive tennis center. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Grand Boulevard is approximately one mile north, offering casual and upscale dining and a variety of shopping options.

The property was great and the condo was fantastic. Couches on the very large balcony made for a great spot to hang out and take in the beautiful view of the beach. Pool was nice and warm which was nice for the kids as the first couple days were on the cool side. Would absolutely rent again.

The place was a great fit for our needs. Balcony is huge. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom size. The private pool just for those staying at Tides was nice and such a short walk to the beach! Teens loved the shuffle board,and mini golf!

This was a last minute booking for us. The unit was clean and spacious. Everything worked. The view of the ocean and balcony space was great. Communication was great. Only a couple of drawbacks. I smashed my finger in the pool gate because it was stuck. The mattresses on a comfort level was 5 out of 10. All in all very thankful for the stay.

Clean, open floor plan w tile flooring except in bedrooms. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. No mattress pad over plastic covered older King mattress. Husband woke each night to move to twin bed (that had a mattress pad on it). An Extra King size blanket delivered when requested. Great patio furniture and nice view. Updated Kitchen well stocked with updated appliances. Master bathroom needs updating. Will consider returning if the King Mattress is replaced.

The Tides is awesome. This specific condo could be updated a little more, but it is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and the view is out of this world. We’d definitely stay again. We also love Vacasa. Very easy check in and outstanding service.
