ESCAPE to this cozy 1-bedroom hideaway, just a short stroll from the beautiful Emerald Coast.  
  
Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this open-concept retreat with a STYLISH loft offers a blend of modern comfort and coastal charm.  
  
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s your ideal home base for sun-soaked ADVENTURES and relaxing evenings.  
The space  
This is a one-of-a-kind property just down the street from the GORGEOUS white sandy beaches and glistening waters of the Emerald Coast. This property shares a large common front yard with the other four units, but each unit is a COMPLETELY private home.  
  
Each of the 5 units can be rented individually, or you can rent all 5 for a family reunion, wedding, bachelorette party, or any number of events. Please contact us for more details.  
  
• Bedroom: A serene bedroom with a plush queen bed, crisp linens, and ample storage for your beach essentials.  
  
• Bathroom: A modern full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries.
