On the second level (3rd floor), you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms; one with a stand-up shower and one with a combination shower/tub. There is also a balcony on this level. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. It’s on the second floor of the complex with a lot of stairs so anyone with a stroller needs to be aware. The first floor is very nice, well stocked kitchen, large TV & comfortable seating. The second floor is very tired & the stairs leading up slant so can be a fall hazard. The most glaring issue are the beds. They are extremely soft and offer no support. Great walking distance to the beach and various restaurants near by. The place was newly renovated. Very clean and great decor. It had many amenities; community pool, grill, and your own balcony. This place was nearly perfect. The only thing that would make it better is if it was ground floor but that’s just because we over packed and our suitcases were heavy. Lol. The place is well decorated. Plenty of space. Short walk to the beach. We loved our stay. Would definitely stay here again. One negative is there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. Not a deal breaker for us though. We use VRBO for all our vacations and this place is probably the most well maintained that we’ve seen. No worn paint, no broken stuff, everything worked.
