This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne. The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals. The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall. The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds. We enjoyed the golf cart, the resort amenities and the little shopping center at the resort entrance. It's also close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is a super cute shopping, restaurant and activity village around a lagoon. Having a golf cart made it easy to get to the pool, beach, golf courses, and site seeing around the resort properties. Appreciated having two master bedrooms/bathrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a crock pot. The owner was very responsive to any questions we asked. Perfect for five adults and three kids under 12\. Golf cart was fun and handy!! Upstairs bed did break on second night - had to sleep with mattress on floor. Owner had it fixed in two days. Outdoor furniture needs replaced , old and rusty . Walk in entry and back landscape is rough . Pleanty of kitchen items for daily use . Back sliding doors need replaced , can't hardly see thru due to seals broke and cloudy windows . Golf cart broke down but was fixed the next day , dryer had issues but was fixed the next day . Beach and oils were very nice. I would think about a new cleaning company. Stove top was dirty, couch had what seemed to be powered sugar all over but brushed right off. I dropped something under upstairs bed and it was pretty dirty under there. I would think about replacing mattress in downstairs back bedroom it is pretty hard and creaks awlful. Also the umbrella outside really needs replaced. But all in all we had a fabulous time and it was a very nice place to stay. ##### Michele C.
