The location: prime. Private beach: Only a few steps across Scenic Hwy. The room view: Gorgeous. We had a view of the beach. Communication with owner: Owner was kind and very responsive during initial inquiry.Pros:The property presented exactly as described. It was nice, clean and updated. The shower in the owner's suite is worth returning to. The water pressure was just right and shower felt very spa-like. Destin is next door. The Destin city line is literally a few steps down the sidewalk. Overall Leeward Key is a very nice and quiet community and was exactly what our family was looking for. Cons:Not really a negative because the disclaimer was provided up front.
