Perfect for families or groups, this luxury beach house can sleep 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. A deck with chairs overlooking the main community pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beverage. The community offers access to a private beach oasis with an exclusive beachside pavilion with its own private restrooms and showers, a seasonal beachfront bar, and of course the private beach with the powdered sugar sand and beautiful emerald waters that Destin is famous for! Soak up some sun with an inviting swimming pool right next to the house surrounded by plush lounge chairs or enjoy some of the amazing amenities such as tennis and basketball courts. Main Level: From the minute you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan boasting walls of windows that offer an abundance of natural light throughout the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The Living Room features an 82” flat-screen TV and multiple sofas and chairs for gathering the whole family together. The fully equipped Kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. The LG brand washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor along with a full bathroom with shower. Upper Level: The upstairs level features a Master Bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the upper level deck; a 2nd Bedroom with another king bed; and a 3rd Bedroom with a queen bed. All of the bedrooms feature new and beautifully appointed décor. The upper level also features 2 full bathrooms and a family den with a queen size sofa sleeper. There is High Speed Wi-Fi and cable TV on all 5 televisions. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (1) What is the minimum age to book the cabin? This beach house is available for booking by any responsible adult the age of 18 or above with the understanding that this is a luxury property, and guests are requested to help maintain it as such. (2) What linens and household supplies are provided? We provide linens for beds, bath towels, beach towels, and wash cloths as well as starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, kitchen trash bags, and cleaning supplies as well as travel/hotel size shampoo and body soap for each bathroom. (3) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pots (both Keurig and regular), various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware. There is also a counter with three stools and a dining table with six chairs. (4) Do you provide a grill? There is a Weber Original Kettle Premium 22" Charcoal Grill located in the yard behind the driveway. Charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid are not provided. (5) What is your pet policy? Due to the quality of the furnishings and the pure white linens, we are unfortunately not able to host pets at this beach house. (6) When will I get the address and access information? The address, door code, community security gate code, beach pavilion gate code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate message and email approximately 5 days prior to check-in. (7) What is required to access the Private Beach Pavilion? A passcode will be provided prior to your stay to achieve entry through the gate to the Private Beach Pavilion. Between March and October, armbands are required as well for security purposes at a cost of $30 per stay which covers all guests and is payable via credit or debit card at the Private Beach Pavilion. A proof of booking would just need to be shown on your mobile phone to a Private Beach Pavilion Attendant. (8) What time is Check-In and Check-Out? You may check in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must checkout prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. The house itself is super nice - the kitchen and dining area are spacious and plenty of seating in main living room!The house needs a fresh coat of paint throughout - lots of nicks on the wall corners, the walls up and downstairs, along with nail holes and both upstairs bathrooms need repairs in drywall by shower and ceiling in master and needs a towel rack rehung by shower.The owner sent a handyman to look at bathrooms and replace the hallway burnt out light. Before arriving, we had inquired about whether or not there were any fans because we use them to sleep. Martin had 2 brand new fans waiting for us! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. Can't say enough about how nice it was. Only 2 recommendations. The couch is starting droop in the middle making it a little uncomfortable. Master bedroom could use some darkening curtains. In the mornings it was quite bright. The walk to the beach access is easy, mostly walking on sidewalk through the neighborhood and then through a parking lot so don’t have to worry about busy streets. Kenny D’s is walking distance for some good food. Plenty of things to see and do on Gulf Drive (shopping, ice cream, coffee shop, restaurants) as well as easy access to other shopping and grocery, etc. on the main highway. Received all door/gate codes as described and was able to enter the Emerald Shores community and the property with no hassle. Property was just as depicted in the photos. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation without feeling cramped or over shadowed. Upstairs sitting room and outdoor balcony area very comfortable and relaxing with a nice view. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious, no waiting on the bathroom to become available. Downstairs bathroom with shower was nice to have. Community pool conveniently located in front of property and was nice to have. Beach Pavillion was a hit. Short walk from property, maybe 5 to 7 minutes at most, and easy to get to and access. Staffing with La Dolce Vita for beach gear rentals were excellent. Very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable of the area.The drink concession at pavillion was perfect for those hot days during our stay. Would happily recommend to others and would be happy to stay here there again. ##### Matthew L. We travel to Miramar every year and have stayed at emerald shores before, but this house beat the first forsure! It was updated, super clean and even though we were at the beach it was homey. Short walk to the beach and directly next to the pool which was very nice for our littles we had with us! If i had a question Martin was quick to answer and went above and beyond for us! We will definitely try to book this on our next trip down!!! :-) you won’t regret it! ##### amber w. The walk to the beach was super easy plus they have a shuttle if you are feeling a little sluggish from the Florida Heat! The linens were definitely a favorite of mine and the house was an awesome size for the six of us. The girls could hang out in the second floor living room if they did not want to be with the adults. This house is right next to the pool so I don't think there is a better location in the neighborhood! ##### Katherine T. In a perfect location. A short walk to the beach, Close to Kenny D’s, bar and grill. The entrance to our beach access had bathrooms, outside showers and a bar. Our family has been to Destin many times. And my kids voted this their favorite place to stay. We had a question for the property owner on our first day so I sent him a message and he immediately called us back and answered all of our questions.
