Accommodations: This villa features a bright, open-concept living space with stylish new furnishings, a large sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. A built-in bar with a wine cooler adds a touch of luxury, and the spacious dining area seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for two. The master suite offers a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Across the villa, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own smart TV. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are also included. Occupancy: While the unit is equipped to sleep up to eight (8) guests comfortably, the maximum number of occupants allowed in a two-bedroom unit is six (6), in accordance with community guidelines.
