Great condo to spend a week enjoying the Emerald Coast. Plenty of room for a family of four and more. 5 minute walk to the beach max. Awesome views from 5th floor!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, easy access to the beach and pools, the owners were very communicative and friendly. The only this is the air filters need to be changed for better air quality. Other than that we would book again! Thank you for a great time.

Disappointing but we made it work

The facility itself is beautiful. The condo was as advertised. It was doable with a family of four, but honestly tight for space. I was disappointed that there were only four bath towels and four pillows provided for four guests, one hand towel for two bathrooms and one dish towel. I had to wash towels twice during our one week stay because they were just in very low supply. There was minimal silverware and no pot holders to remove food from the oven. The bed was fine for a night or two, after that my husband and I both found it very uncomfortable. The balcony needs to be pressure washed as there is mildew everywhere and it can be viewed in the listing pictures. I found very bare necessities provided for guests which really is kind of a let down. The pool cleanliness however was the biggest disappointment of all during this stay. The pool is absolutely beautiful when clean. I had to make three complaints during our stay regarding the pool needing to be cleaned. I realize this is not the owners fault and does fall on the HOA however this was our vacation and not something we wanted to deal with. We saw very minimal maintenance/cleaning staff on the premises during our stay. It really could be so much better. I urge the owners to accommodate their guests a little better and to follow up with other guests regarding the cleanliness of the pool so this doesn’t happen again.

Great spot close to the beach, quiet area, nice pool area, shuttle bus stop nearby. Communication with Julio was prompt and easy. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Parking and getting out of the building

The parking is not good, in the kitchen, there is a step up I stump my foot on it. The elevator only one of them works, I was not happy with this rental

Great week!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Couple of cons, only one elevator was working, so we used stairs everyday! As far as cooking, the condo can use an upgrade. Only one pot holder, and not many pots. We brought our own griddle and used that mostly. Great views! Ice maker was awesome! Beach is amazing as always! Go up to the sunset deck! Beach was busy…my advice, go set up around 7am and get back down there at about 9:30.

Fun in Sandestin

Clean, cozy little condo with a great location! Close to the beach, easy to get to shopping and restaurants on Sandestin's property. The Mexican restaurant was amazing! We watched the fireworks from Slick Lips and had a great dinner. The pools were nice, but the one that overlooked the ocean had super cloudy water and seemed to need some attention. For the price, we thought the condo was a great deal considering June is such an expensive time to stay in Destin. Sandestin has so much to offer! We would defenitely stay here again!

This property was amazing. The overall experience of this condo was great. The wiener was very helpful and polite. The view from the balcony was wonderful the condo was walking distance to the beach literally a twi minute walk. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.
