Miramar Beach Regional Public Beach Access is just 0.3 miles away from the property, making it easy to spend your days sinking your toes into the sand, swimming in emerald waters, or strolling along the shoreline. Just steps from the beach access, you can also enjoy beachfront dining at Pompano Joe’s, one of the area’s most beloved seafood restaurants—perfect for lunch, sunset drinks, or dinner by the water.  
  
After a day at the beach, return to your peaceful retreat and unwind with access to the community pool, offering a refreshing alternative for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a convenient bar‑top counter with seating for three. Fully stocked for your stay, it includes a single‑cup Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a wine opener—making it easy to enjoy everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed evenings in.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom features a king‑size bed, ample closet space with two luggage racks, a ceiling fan, room‑darkening shades, a Smart TV, and a convenient iron and ironing board, creating a relaxing retreat perfect for restful nights and laid‑back mornings.  
  
This home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.   
  
• High‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the condo.   
  
• While there is no onsite laundry at the property, a convenient laundromat is located approximately 7.7 miles away for guests who may need laundry services during their stay.  
  
• No trailers are allowed.  
  
• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available.   
  
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.   
  
• While there is no ice maker in the condo, ice cube trays are provided so you can easily make ice during your stay.  
  
A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.  
  
We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!

The only issue I had was they do not pull out the sleeper sofa and clean it! It had food crumbs and fruit snack wrappers when we pulled it out.

#### Perfect location!

This cute little condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was super clean and very accommodating. The location was great and walking distance to the beach. I also want to add that Jamie was so nice and she answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying here - everything was clean and looks just like the pictures. The pool was nice and warm too! Just a short walk to the beach.
