Enjoy Leeward Key 1106 in beautiful Destin, Florida. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located on the 11th floor and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently remodeled unit has a contemporary feel with warm soothing colors that will make you feel immediately relaxed. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a custom tiled shower and granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. The living room offers a couch with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The saving grace for this unit was the 11th floor gulf front view. Other than that avoid this unit - you will get zero sleep!! A solid piece of concrete to sleep on and NO amenities- also there was a consistent annoying slam/crashing noise every night- between 11 PM and 7 AM - about every 10-20 minutes. All sorts of updates and upgrades desperately needed- furniture, cooking utensils, and NO beach chairs or umbrellas. NOT even a dustpan and broom to help with cleaning.
