Majestic Sun 411A - This two bedroom vacation rental offers a fabulous view of this sensational scenery with a breezy balcony off of the main living area. This property has been decorated with stylish comfortable furnishings and serene natural colors accented with soft pastels in the bedrooms and kitchen. A plush couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and faces the gulf as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV. A dining table seats six with soft wicker chairs and a custom bench. A fully equipped kitchen has additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar. The Primary Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a king size bed, and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. The lovely Guest Bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk, a wall mounted TV and has use of a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. Down below, a sun deck with a big pool and bubbling hot tubs face the beautiful beach. An awesome indoor pool has a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows allowing you to see the jewel-toned gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. Across Scenic Gulf Drive is a long palm studded boardwalk that provides easy access to the shimmering white sand beaches. In no time you may go from taking a dip in one of the pools to floating around in the luminescent waters of the glowing gulf. A state of the arts fitness center is also on site. Majestic Sun features double towers overlooking the glittering waters of the gulf in Destin’s Miramar Beach. The towers are interconnected as one at the top with a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center. It is an architectural masterpiece and local icon due to the unique distinctive look. The sugar white beach extends ribbon like across 2,000 linear feet of the glorious gulf with sparkling sun splattered waters that spread out towards the southern horizon. This tremendous location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, golf at Seascape where Ocean Reef guests receive special rates, shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet mall known as Silver Sands and family entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin. Upon arrival we noticed how beautifully decorated and modern the entire condo was. The view from the balcony was amazing. The master bed was very comfortable and our children had no complaints on the bunk beds and pull out couch. As wonderful as that all was there was a serious cockroach infestation inside this unit. We have pictures to document how bad it was. It truly put a damper on our vacation as we spent more time killing roaches than being able to relax. We reported the problem and was told they sent a bug company while we were at the beach and they found no sign of any bugs. The washing machine also had a very strong odor. All in all we enjoyed our trip but will not be returning due to the roach problem. We are just praying we don't bring any back to our home with us. :( ##### Alexandra G. It exceeded my expectations... clean, well maintained/stocked, and beautifully decorated. The balcony was big and had phenomenal views. It is angled perfectly to watch the sunset. My son was doing school and I was working remotely during our stay. The wifi was excellent and supported multiple zoom calls without difficulty (even on the balcony). The beach right across the street has beautiful white sand and great waves. It was warm enough that we were at the beach almost every afternoon. The pool is lovely and there were times we even had it to ourselves. It was easy to maintain our bubble during our stay. Shipt was available for food delivery. Other building residents were respectful of maintaining distance and many wore masks. After a year of working/schooling remotely this was exactly the escape we needed! ##### Erin C.
