The condo was immaculate and well appointed, and our host (Laura)n was very responsive via VRBO messaging. Even with the road between the building and the beach, this is a true beachfront condo and is actually closer to the water than other condos on the "beach side" in other areas. I can't comment on the pool because we never used it, but it is there if that's your thing. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. ##### Edward M.
