There are ocean views but its across the road so there isnt nuch relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There is traffic 24/7- often loud with honking and music. This didnt interrupt our sleep but we love just sitting on the balcony which wasnt a highlight of this trip. The listing shows ammenities like ball courts and grills but they are so far away. Like unrelaistically far away to grill. If you have a golf cart the courts arent so bad but Idk anyone who would want to nake that hike with a tray of burgers.
