We had 4 adults and 4 teens and there was a good amount of space. The condo is on the 7th floor, but there are two elevators. The view from the balcony is great. It was an easy walk to the beach and there are A LOT of types of beach equipment to use (nice beach chairs, boogie boards, inner tubes, and buckets/pails). The condo is within walking distance to the outlet mall, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, & Surf Style. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that we did not receive the check-in code until about 4:25-4:30 (instead of 4:00) and we had picked up items that needed to be refrigerated. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would rent here again. ##### Erin S. Thinking she would have alittle Flexibly since when we checked in they just finished cleaning room at 4:39\. Making our checking in later than posted time that we could. We picked a nail in our sidewall so we had to buy a new tire. Her response was we have same day checkin so you can’t we can stay on property which was very warm not good conditions.
